Small formats usually go with small productions or trial runs. Historically, due to the proportions of small barrels, the concentration of wood and its exchange with the spirit has been difficult to estimate. After much trial and error, ASC Barrels has perfected the selection and the air-drying processes of the wood for small formats of 55L & 110L.
