These premium upcycled barrels started their lives as premium French wine casks. The barrels are  selected by traditional coopers and then hand shaved and re-toasted, unlocking a creamy and fruity cask.

 

Unknown only a few years ago, the NEOC® barrels now comprise the backbone of ASC Barrels' success and environmental DNA. This is thanks to the consistency of the process and, especially, due to the unique provenance of the original barrels.
