French AOC fortified dessert wine made out of grapes (normally different types of Grenache and Carignan as well) grown in long-standing vineyards located in the slopes of French Pyrenees (Roussillon region).
Production methods are similar to Port wine (alcohol is added at half fermentation in order to keep sugar levels up). Final result will show not only the natural sweetness but also the natural flavours and profile of these grape varieties (spices, berry-flavours, tannic profile and deep-colour) with alcohol content around 16%.
