We have VS, VSOP and XO Cognac casks available all year round coming from all the Cognac AOP (Appellation d’Origine Protégée) sub-regions (Grand-Champagne, Petite-Champagne, Borderies, etc).  Light style, floral bouquet, roundness, spicy, violet notes, rustic character, freshly pressed grapes.
